CEMS Annual Events

Organization of the CEMS Annual Events 2013, held at ESADE, matching with the 25th anniversary of CEMS Foundation. – Direction of the project and conceptualization of the different events: • Annual Events: Coordination of the meetings in the different campuses, logistics and caterings. • Social Events: Design and production of 4 parallel social events for different audiences, as well as the celebration of the 25 years of the CEMS and the 20 years of CEMS Alumni. • Graduation: Design and production of the CEMS graduation ceremony, in which 694 students from 24 different universities graduated. The graduation was attended by 2,500 people. • Cocktail, dinner and party: Coordination of the ludic part of the Graduation event. – Design of the image of the event and implementation in the different supports: printed programs, giveaways, signage, accreditation … – Technical secretariat: registration coordination and helpdesk. – Logistic coordination: organization of support staff, a group of 90 volunteers formed by ESADE and TSI students, and the attendees’ transfers. Attendees: 2,500.
